Personal opinion
Natural desasters of that magnitude affect every area of social lifes of the citizens like education since classes are suspended, the normal operation of many jobs and with that there is damage in the economy of the region.
Another alarming issue is the harmed ports since is one of the most important activities for this city along with the tourism which will be affected to. I hope there is a soon recovery but for that to happen, there has to be economic support from the government which in many cases is never what one will expect.
